All sales made through our store are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on:

Once an order is placed and payment is completed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

We will review your submission and assist you appropriately.
This process does not guarantee a refund, but we will always work to resolve any legitimate issues.
Rental Equipment Terms
All rental deposits are non-refundable. Deposits may also be forfeited if:

The cart or equipment is returned damaged

Any parts or accessories are missing

The cart is misused or abused

The cart is returned late
Normal wear and tear is acceptable.
