Thank you for shopping with Tropical Golf Cart Rentals & Services. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered.
1. Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Processing time may be longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or when items are made-to-order.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
Large items—such as golf carts or oversized equipment—may require special freight shipping. Customers will be contacted with delivery scheduling details if this applies.
3. Local Delivery & Pickup (If Applicable)
We may offer local delivery or pickup for customers within our service area.
If available, options will appear during checkout.
Golf cart deliveries for rentals or purchases will be scheduled directly with the customer after the order is placed.
4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available from the carrier).
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship:

To P.O. Boxes (for oversized items)

Outside the United States (unless specified)

Hazardous or restricted materials that cannot be shipped by law
Golf carts cannot be shipped through standard mail carriers and require scheduled freight delivery or local drop-off.
