8-Year Warranty Protection. Transferable to the Next Owner.

Eligible Qomolander batteries include up to 96 months of manufacturer warranty coverage, with full coverage during the first 60 months and prorated coverage during months 61–96.

Months 0–60 Full Warranty Qualifying cell failures are covered, with battery replacement as applicable under the warranty terms. Qualifying BMS failures are covered, with BMS replacement as applicable under the warranty terms.
Months 61–96 Prorated Warranty Coverage continues on a prorated basis. The applicable customer cost varies by battery model and is determined under the manufacturer's warranty terms.
Transferable Coverage Follows the Battery The 8-year warranty may be transferred to a subsequent owner, subject to the manufacturer's transfer requirements.

Buying or selling a cart with a Qomolander battery?

To transfer the warranty, the new owner must submit the original sales receipt and updated ownership information within 30 days of the ownership transfer.

The warranty period remains tied to the original purchase date. A change of ownership does not restart or extend the 8-year warranty period.
