Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with Tropical Golf Cart Rentals & Services.
This policy explains our rules regarding cancellations for all purchase options, including one-time purchases, deposits, preorders, subscriptions, and service bookings.

1. General Cancellation Policy

All purchases made through our store are final.
We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed, completed, or processed.

This applies to:

  • One-time purchases

  • Parts and accessories

  • Labor and installation services

  • Golf carts (new or used)

  • Special orders or custom items

  • Rental bookings or service appointments

  • Deposits and down payments

2. Cancellation of One-Time Purchases

Once a purchase is completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
Please double-check your order before submitting payment.

3. Subscription/Recurring Purchase Cancellations (If Applicable)

If your store uses subscription options:

  • Customers may cancel future recurring charges at any time.

  • Any processed subscription order is non-refundable and cannot be canceled.

  • Cancelling a subscription only stops future deliveries — not current orders already placed.

4. Preorders & Special Orders

All preorders or special-orders require payment upfront.
Because these items are reserved and ordered specifically for you:

  • Preorders cannot be canceled

  • No refunds or changes are allowed once the order is placed

5. Deposits & Booking Payments

All deposits for:

  • Rentals

  • Repairs

  • Installations

  • Service appointments

  • Custom builds

…are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once booked.

If you miss an appointment or fail to show up, the deposit will be forfeited.

6. Attempted Chargebacks or Unapproved Cancellations

Any attempt to reverse payment without proper grounds will result in:

  • Suspension of account access

  • Refusal of future service

  • Submission of order contract, photos, receipts, and rental agreement to the bank

  • Potential legal or collection action (if applicable)
