Golf Cart Rental Policy

1. Placing an Order


  • Select the golf cart you wish to rent directly from our website.
  • Choose your rental duration (daily, weekly, or custom).
  • Complete checkout by entering your delivery details and payment information.
  • A security deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be fully refunded once the golf cart is returned in the same condition it was delivered—undamaged, clean, and without missing parts or accessories.

2. Delivery of Your Golf Cart


  • After your order is confirmed, our team will schedule delivery to the address you provided.
  • Delivery and pickup are handled by Tropical Golf Cart Rentals to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Prior to delivery, every golf cart is inspected, fully charged, and tested to ensure safe operation and proper functionality.
  • Upon delivery, you will receive a brief overview of the cart’s features, safety guidelines, and operating instructions.

3. Returning the Golf Cart


  • At the end of your rental period, we will pick up the cart from the same location where it was delivered unless otherwise arranged.
  • Please have the golf cart accessible, fully charged, and ready for pickup at the scheduled time.
  • Any delays in returning the golf cart or failure to provide access may result in additional fees (see Late Returns below).

4. Deposit Refund & Condition Check


  • Once the golf cart is returned, our team will conduct a full inspection, which includes checking for damage, cleanliness, missing accessories, and proper operation.
  • If the golf cart is returned in the same condition it was delivered, your full deposit will be refunded.
  • If the cart has damage, excessive dirt/sand, missing keys, chargers, or accessories, a portion—or in severe cases, the full deposit—may be withheld to cover repair, cleaning, or replacement costs.
  • Damage resulting from misuse, unsafe operation, or negligence will be billed accordingly.

5. Late Returns


  • If the golf cart is not returned (picked up) at the scheduled time, a late fee will be deducted from your deposit.
  • Late fees are calculated based on the additional time the cart remains in your possession.
  • Excessive delays or failure to return the cart may result in full forfeiture of the deposit and potential further action.

  • Once you've found the perfect piece, simply click on the "Book Try-On Appointment" button to proceed.

2. Choose a Try-On date

  • After selecting your item, you'll be asked to pick a date and time for your try-on appointment at our store

Please note: The item will be free at checkout for try-on purposes only. You are not required to make any payment for the item at this stage.

3. Enter your details at checkout

  • Fill in your name, phone number or email address to confirm your booking. We will send you an appointment confirmation with all the details of your visit.

4. Receive appointment reminders

  • To help you remember, we'll send you a reminder 24 hours before your scheduled appointment

5. Visit Us at the Store

  • On the day of your appointment, simply come to our store at your selected time.
  • Our staff will have the item ready for you to try on and assist you with anything you need.

1. What happens if I decide to rent in the store?

If you love the item and decide to rent it, you can complete your rental agreement in-store. If it's not quite right, you're under no obligation to rent, and you can simply leave without any cost.

2. Can I reschedule or cancel the appointment?

If you need to change your appointment or can't make it, don't worry! You can reschedule or cancel directly via our email. Just give us a heads-up, and we'll help you find a new time.
